I know…it’s only August, but Oktoberfest is right around the corner!! We have our first officially labeled Oktoberfest for 2019 this weekend, as the boys and I head north for 2 days at The Alpine in Honesdale, PA. The Eiffert family always puts on a great event, so we’re excited to play for everyone up there. The wurst is always top-notch, great selection of German beer and spirits along with the Alex Meixner Band on Saturday evening and Sunday. (Our good friends from Long Island, dSb, Die Schlauberger are performing on Friday and Saturday also has Lehigh Valley favorite, Josef Kroboth, and Oley, PA’s Auerhauhn Schuhplattler Verein).
