Shipping & Returns
Orders are typically shipped out within 3 business days but may be delayed longer due to the band’s touring schedule. If you are in urgent need of your items, please add a note to your order and we will let you know by email if there will be a delay because we are out of the office.
We ship via First Class mail with the US Post Office. You will be notified by email about any out-of-stock/back orders or discontinued items. Defective merchandise can be returned for replacement with the same item, within 60 days of purchase. Please include a note with the returned merchandise specifying the problem.
Paying By Mail
If you would like to place an order by mail with payment by check or money order, please create an account just as if you were placing an online credit card order. Then when you are checking out of the website, select the payment option of “Check or Money Order”. At the end of the checkout process, you will then be given the order total and information on where to mail your payment. This will also create an order in our system that will be waiting for your payment.
Shipping & Handling Rates:
US Â and Canada Orders: Shipping cost is calculated by the items included in an order. Shipping charges will be shown before payment is entered. Â Japan, Netherlands, and Australia: $12.75 for the first item, $2 more for each additional item via Airmail. Please contact us at store@alexmeixner.com to ask about shipping to other countries.
Returns:
Returns are only accepted for defective items and may be exchanged for the same title or design.
