These are an Ultra Limited Edition 45 rpm 7″ vinyl single that was produced for sale in the Netherlands. One side has the 2010 recording of Hoe Down (from Stay All Night CD) and the other side has a never released in the USA version of Jaka Caka- renamed Jelse Pelse Polka, in honor of my friend Jelse – who produced the 45.
