This time of year always has me running in every direction— as you can tell from my lack of blogging! I’ve been playing everywhere from north Jersey catering halls, to private country clubs to large festivals and local fire halls. The band has been keeping me rolling the tunes out for a lot of audiences here in the northeast… We had our first gigs at Honor’s Haven Resort (formerly the Fallsview) in Ellenville, NY for Dick Pillar’s Polka Weekend and at Bear Mountain State Park (NY) Oktoberfest this past weekend. Last weekend we stayed local for an Oktoberfest at the Schnecksville Fire Company- organized by the Independent Order of Odd Fellows and Rebekahs… we raised funds for the American Cancer Society and a good time was had by all! During the week- Ace in the Hole Productions has us performing at the Brownstone in Paterson, NJ for sold out audiences of senior groups from throughout the tri-state area. The audiences have been very enthusiastic all around….
We have a few more public Oktoberfests coming up in PA—this Sunday Oct. 19 at Stoudts Brewery in Adamstown, PA and next Sunday Oct. 26 at Bear Creek Mountain in Macungie, PA before heading out to Wurstfest in New Braunfels, TX— hope to see ya soon!
