The German-style Maifest festivities at Pilsener Haus & Biergarten will be celebrating the arrival of spring throughout the merry month of May in true Bavarian style with beer, music, and Schweinshaxe.
Chef Martin Schaub will be serving a Maifest menu including Schweinshaux with Roast Suckling Pig and Roasted and Smoked Pork Ribs with a Jicama Slaw.
