ALEX MEIXNER BAND returns to Helen!
This year for the Fasching concert we have the one and only Alex Meixner and his band coming to rock the house. If you’ve never heard Alex before, then you are in for a treat. If you have, then you know you are in for a high energy, head-bangin’ good time!
Alex Meixner is a nationally acclaimed musician, performer, bandleader, educator and a leading advocate of polka music. Formally trained in classical, jazz and ethnic music, Alex has cross-pollinated his versatile playing styles through pop music, funk, jazz and polka. And if you cheer loud enough, you may even get to see Alex play his accordion and trumpet at the same time!
