Krause’s Executive Chef Boomer is rolling out another fun cooking demonstration with New Braunfels’ own Musical Ambassador Alex Meixner that brings together German, Texan, and Mexican influences! After the cooking demonstration, the courses will be paired with drinks for a unique dining experience. Chef Boomer will show you how to make Pickled Smoked Shrimp, Quail Paprikash, and Warm Banana Bread Pudding with some comedy and musical interludes from Alex Meixner.
