On Thursday May 24- The Alex Meixner Band’s performance at the Phoenix Saloon is being taped for a pending video production. Many fans have been asking for years, so we’re happy to announce that it’s starting to come together. This first taping will be put together with other footage of the band in action to start a documentary/ live film of the Mighty Alex Meixner Band’s travelling Three Ring Circus! If you haven’t got tickets, make a beeline for the Phoenix Saloon ASAP– Friday is already sold out and Thursday isn’t far behind!!!! See ya there!!!

Just completed the 1st night at Tomball German Festival– nice little festival here! Come on out if you’re around for tonight– The Alex Meixner Band hits from 6-10pm. Also, had a great little solo gig at Cactus Music on Thursday (an awesome record shop) There’s still time to catch the band tonight and in Temple at Sefcik Hall on Sunday.. as well as Monday, I’ll be doing solo clinics and a little concert in Pasadena at the Heritage Arts Foundation… and now, Tuesday at the HSPVA (A performing arts HS)- It’s great how music is appreciated here!
